Developed by Nicholas Wong, a proud 18-year resident of Union, the Titan Union stands as a testament to innovative design and community spirit.
“Titan Union is more than just a building; it’s a vision realized,” Wong remarked. “We’ve transformed a historic site into a modern living space that captures the essence of Union’s charm and history.”
Key partners, including Titan Engineers PC, Michels & 沃尔德伦的同事, LLC for architectural design, and Bohler Engineering for ensuring compliance and longevity, were instrumental in bringing this project to life.
Procida Funding’s financial expertise and 3月施工’s management were also pivotal in the success of this endeavor.
